Chat Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description: MadEats is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team and work from home. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers with any inquiries they may have through our chat platform. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and assistance - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Keep detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with chat support software is a plus - Hardworking and energetic personality traits - Creativity and innovation in problem-solving - Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection - Must be able to work full-time on a flexible schedule
