Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

United Laboratories is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Associate to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and promote loyalty to our company.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet them - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients - Prepare and present reports on client satisfaction, feedback, and opportunities for improvement - Identify new business opportunities and potential leads to expand our client base - Participate in client meetings, presentations, and events as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations, sales, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confidence in engaging with clients and building relationships - Resourcefulness in problem-solving and finding creative solutions - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
