Client Relations Manager

Job Description

First Circle is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a mid-to-senior level position with at least 6 years of experience, the Client Relations Manager will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved effectively - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to clients - Monitor client satisfaction levels and take proactive steps to address any issues or concerns - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Prepare reports and presentations on client performance and engagement for management review

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or similar role in the financial services industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions to client problems - Driven and dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
