Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Relations Manager to join our team at Philippine Airlines in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our valued clients.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Handle and resolve any client issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels and implement improvements as needed - Prepare regular reports and updates on client relations activities and performance
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Confidence and a strong work ethic are essential - Excellent persuasion and critical thinking skills - Proven track record of successful client relations and account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
