Job Description:
Kumu is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. As a Client Relations Manager at Kumu, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and developing strategies to enhance their experience with our company.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their needs are being met and to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute client retention strategies - Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients - Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and preferences - Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement client satisfaction surveys and feedback mechanisms
Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Resilient and dedicated individual with a strong commitment to ensuring client satisfaction - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
