Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

BeautyMNL, a leading beauty e-commerce platform based in Parañaque, NCR, PH, is currently seeking a Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team on a full-time basis as an Associate Level employee. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client relations, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships through all stages of the customer journey, from onboarding to retention - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide support and address any inquiries or concerns - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues - Monitor client feedback and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction - Assist in developing and implementing client engagement strategies to drive retention and loyalty - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update client profiles as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Energetic and passionate attitude towards customer service - Strong attention to detail and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience in the beauty or e-commerce industry is a plus
