Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Expedock is seeking a passionate and motivated Client Relations Officer to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Understand client needs and concerns, and address them in a timely and professional manner - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met - Assist in the development of client proposals and contracts - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly - Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients - Proactively seek feedback from clients to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: - Passionate about building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service - Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed and excel in a fast-paced environment - Excellent project management and negotiation skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
