Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Client Relations Officer to join our team at Sprout Solutions in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. This position is ideal for individuals who are resilient, independent, have strong decision-making skills, and excel at planning.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement - Assist in onboarding new clients and providing training on our products and services - Monitor client accounts, track progress, and report on key metrics - Proactively identify potential risks and opportunities for growth within the client base - Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 1 year of experience in client relations or customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy - Must be resilient, independent, and possess strong decision-making and planning skills
