Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is seeking a passionate and hardworking Client Relations Representative to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As an entry-level member of our client relations team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and concerns - Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding our products and services - Handle client inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Work closely with other departments to address client issues and improve overall client experience - Use analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in client relations - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative strategies for client engagement - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Passion for providing excellent customer service - Strong work ethic and drive to succeed - Ability to think critically and creatively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment - High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
