Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

First Circle is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and maximize their value.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop a deep understanding of the clients' needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions - Proactively reach out to clients to provide updates on their accounts and offer additional products or services - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve the overall customer experience - Prepare and present reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels to management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities for growth - Participate in client meetings and events to strengthen relationships and gather feedback

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Reliable and motivated to exceed client expectations - Proficient in negotiation skills and research techniques - Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
