Job Description:

Avion School, a leading tech education provider in Davao City, is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This role requires a combination of excellent communication skills, project management abilities, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Monitor client feedback and provide recommendations for improvement - Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to generate new business opportunities - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality results - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide clients with valuable insights

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 4+ years of experience in client relations or customer service - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment - Creativity in problem-solving and developing innovative solutions - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
