Remote Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

San Miguel Corporation is seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. As a Remote Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients through various remote communication channels. This position is full-time and entry level, requiring at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through phone, email, and other remote channels to address their inquiries and concerns - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Educate clients on our products and services to increase their understanding and usage - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall client experience - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Monitor client feedback and address any recurring issues or complaints - Provide feedback to the team on ways to improve client relations and service delivery

Requirements: - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Ability to adapt to changing situations and client needs - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in using remote communication tools and software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred
