Job Description:
As a Client Relations Specialist at LBC Express Holdings, Inc., you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries, issues, and requests, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Your goal will be to enhance client satisfaction and retention through exceptional customer service and effective communication.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person 2. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and concerns 3. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions 4. Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and address any potential issues 5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients 6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships 7. Collaborate with the sales team to acquire new clients and expand our client base 8. Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 4. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills 5. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite 6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks concurrently 7. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service 8. Innovative mindset and willingness to propose new ideas to improve client relations
