Universal Robina Corporation is seeking a Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and offer additional services or products - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients - Provide timely and accurate reports on client interactions, feedback, and trends - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase client engagement and revenue
