Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Specialist at Pushkart.ph, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with our clients. Your main responsibilities will include handling client inquiries, providing personalized solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the main point of contact for clients and will be responsible for building strong relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and address any concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in developing strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential client opportunities - Provide regular reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels to management
