Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Revolution Precrafted is looking for a reliable and driven Client Relations Specialist to join our team. As a Work from Home position based in Parañaque, NCR, PH, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on services. 2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. 3. Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions. 4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase client engagement and revenue. 5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and acquisition. 6. Gather feedback from clients to improve products and services and enhance overall customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to recommend innovative solutions to clients. 8. Participate in training and development programs to enhance client relations skills and knowledge.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in client relations or customer service. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a cooperative attitude. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
