Job Description - Client Service Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a resilient and passionate Client Service Assistant to join our team at Globe Telecom in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Maintain client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and resolve issues. 4. Assist in the development and implementation of innovative solutions to improve client experience. 5. Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained. 6. Provide product and service information to clients, as well as educate them on new offerings. 7. Monitor client feedback and identify areas for improvement.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Strong people management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. 3. Demonstrated innovation in problem-solving and finding solutions to complex issues. 4. At least 4 years of experience in a client service role. 5. Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism. 6. Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
