Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Cebu Pacific Air is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in Davao City, Davao, PH. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service - Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing any concerns - Develop strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction - Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time - Analyze client feedback and provide recommendations for improvement - Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients on the status of their accounts - Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client service or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven, independent, and able to work well under pressure - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction goals - Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
