Job Description - Client Service Officer

Job Description:


Advance, a leading company in Davao City, is seeking a passionate and hardworking Client Service Officer to join our team. As an Associate level position, the Client Service Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally. 2. Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service delivery. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 4. Identify opportunities for revenue growth and upsell additional products or services to clients. 5. Generate reports and analyze data to track client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations to clients. 7. Participate in client meetings and presentations to demonstrate the value of our products and services. 8. Provide feedback to management on client needs and market trends to shape future strategies.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client relations. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to think innovatively and negotiate effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations.
