Client Service Officer

Job Description:

SM Investments Corporation is seeking a Client Service Officer to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on their status - Address client complaints and resolve issues effectively - Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to clients - Prepare reports on client activity and feedback for management review - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to better serve clients - Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or related field - Confident and driven personality with strong communication skills - Ability to negotiate and manage relationships with diverse groups of people - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Experience in people management or team leadership is a plus
