Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Avion School, a leading tech education institution, is seeking a Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As a full-time Associate level position with 3 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be independent, dedicated, persuasive, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client inquiries and provide excellent customer service through various communication channels. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 3. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and provide ongoing support. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and ensure a seamless experience. 5. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the client experience. 6. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly. 7. Communicate with clients to promote Avion School's programs and services effectively.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 3 years of experience in customer service or client relations. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. 5. Strong persuasion skills and ability to influence client decisions. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 7. Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
