Job Description:
Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to clients - Resolve client issues and complaints with a focus on client satisfaction - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently - Collaborate with various departments to ensure exceptional service delivery - Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to clients - Maintain thorough and accurate client records in the CRM system - Assist in marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness
