Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Taxumo is seeking a passionate and reliable Client Service Representative to join our team in Makati, NCR. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience looking to kickstart their career in client service. The Client Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner - Assist clients with navigating our platform and resolving any technical issues they may encounter - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Provide feedback to the product team on common client pain points and areas for improvement - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in our CRM system - Uphold company values and represent the brand in a positive light to clients

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Passionate about providing exceptional service and going above and beyond for clients - Reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze client needs effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
