Job Description - Client Service Representative - Work from home

AllCare is seeking a motivated and independent Client Service Representative to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. This is a full-time position with entry-level seniority and requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 3. Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Strong time management and organizational skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent.
