Client Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Pushkart.ph is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team and work from home in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Responding to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assisting clients with orders, refunds, and other account-related issues - Providing product information and recommendations to clients - Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed - Maintaining accurate client records and documentation - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Meeting and exceeding customer service goals and metrics

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks - High emotional intelligence and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism - Motivated and dedicated individual with a passion for customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
