Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

ChatGenie is looking for a Client Service Specialist to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service or customer support role. The ideal candidate will be resilient, driven, and possess strong project management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner - Manage client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to ChatGenie - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement client solutions and meet their needs - Proactively identify and address client issues to prevent escalations - Analyze client feedback and data to improve service offerings and increase client retention - Provide regular updates and reports to clients on their account status and performance metrics

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 2+ years of experience in client service or customer support - Strong project management and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
