Job Description - Client Service Specialist - Work from home


Job Description:


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Specialist to join our team at Philippine Airlines. This is a full-time, work from home position based in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Handling inbound and outbound customer calls and emails to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues. 2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. 3. Researching and negotiating solutions to customer problems and complaints. 4. Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate efforts and deliver a seamless customer experience. 5. Documenting interactions and maintaining accurate records of client communication. 6. Monitoring client accounts and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 7. Providing product and service information to clients and assisting them with making informed purchasing decisions. 8. Staying up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to effectively address client needs. 9. Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. 10. Meeting and exceeding performance goals and targets set by the company.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client relations. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Proficiency in computer applications and software, including Microsoft Office. 5. Driven and reliable personality traits. 6. Strong research and negotiation skills. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
