Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat communications - Assist clients in navigating our website and online portal to access information and services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner - Stay informed about company products and services to effectively assist clients - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals

Requirements: - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong negotiation skills to address client needs effectively - Ability to work independently in a remote work environment - High school diploma or equivalent
