Client Support Assistant

At Humble Sustainability, we are seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.

As a Client Support Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they have a positive experience with our company. This will include responding to client inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

In addition to client support, you will also be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, such as managing client records, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports for management. You will need to be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills to excel in this role.

To be successful in this position, you must be driven and reliable, with a strong ability to work well in a team environment. You should also have strong analytical skills and be capable of thinking critically to solve problems and make informed decisions.
