Job Description - Client Support Assistant


Job Description:


Advance is seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Support Assistant to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Associate level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and assisting with various tasks to ensure their satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings. 2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions to client issues. 4. Create and maintain client records and documentation. 5. Assist in client onboarding and training sessions. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience. 7. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients as needed. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. 9. Provide feedback on client needs and preferences to help improve our services. 10. Support the sales team with client outreach and follow-up activities.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a client support or similar role. 2. Passionate and dedicated attitude towards helping clients achieve their goals. 3. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. 4. Excellent presentation and communication skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
