Job Description - Remote Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


San Miguel Brewery Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, PH. As a full-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a driven and resilient personality.


Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and chat to address any inquiries or issues promptly and efficiently - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up actions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction - Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience and suggest process improvements - Assist in generating client reports and analyzing data to track performance metrics - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide knowledgeable support to clients


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a client support role - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Emotional intelligence to navigate challenging client interactions with empathy and professionalism - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
