Job Description:
GMA Network Inc. is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Support Assistant to join our team. This position is full-time and allows for remote work from home. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting with any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support. 3. Manage and update client information in our database. 4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve client issues efficiently. 5. Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. Must be driven and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support.
