Job Description - Client Support Assistant - Work from home

AIDE Home Health Care is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Client Support Assistant. This position is full-time and allows for remote work from home. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist clients with scheduling appointments and coordinating care services 3. Conduct client assessments and update client information in the database 4. Work closely with the care team to ensure all client needs are met 5. Analyze client feedback and provide recommendations for improvement 6. Assist with any other administrative tasks as needed


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills 2. Strong attention to detail 3. Ability to work independently and in a team 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite 5. Critical thinking skills 6. Ability to remain calm under pressure
