Remote Client Support Associate

Job Description:

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a Remote Client Support Associate to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. This is a full-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth and development within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of resilience and adaptability, as well as excellent emotional intelligence and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. 4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients. 6. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the client support department. 7. Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to foster a positive working environment.

Requirements: 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. 5. Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not necessary. 6. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other common business software applications.
