Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Remote Client Support Associate to join our team at United Laboratories in Pasig, NCR, PH. As a full-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues they may have via phone, email, or virtual chat. 2. Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and provide training on our products and services. 3. Monitor client accounts and proactively address any potential issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 4. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary. 5. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client feedback and needs. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies and processes. 7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client support or customer service role. 2. Strong leadership and project management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. 7. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
