Remote Client Support Manager

HealthNow, a leading healthcare technology company, is seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Taguig, NCR, Philippines. This is a full-time position at the mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.

As the Remote Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote client support specialists who provide technical support and assistance to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the client support team, ensuring that all client inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner, and working closely with other departments to improve the overall client experience.

The ideal candidate will be confident, resourceful, and possess excellent persuasion and presentation skills. You must be able to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs and concerns, and provide solutions that meet their expectations. Experience with remote client support technologies and tools is preferred.
