Job Description:
Olivia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our client support team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position that requires a passionate and energetic individual with strong soft skills in innovation and project management.
Responsibilities: - Oversee the client support team and ensure smooth operations - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer experience - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the client support team - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Proven experience as a client support manager or similar role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Experience in project management and innovation - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
