Job Description - Client Support Manager


Job Description:


ABS-CBN Corporation is seeking a Client Support Manager to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of client support services within the company. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention, as well as provide guidance and support to the support staff.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement client support strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction - Manage and lead a team of client support representatives - Coordinate with the sales team to address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain strong relationships with key clients - Analyze support processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to client support - Provide training and mentorship to support staff - Handle escalated client issues and ensure timely resolution - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall client experience


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Proven experience in client support or customer service roles - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively - Reliable and resourceful - Teamwork and decision-making skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
