Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Remote Client Support Officer to join our team at Gcash. As a Remote Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various remote communication channels. You will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with their accounts, transactions, and any other inquiries they may have.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and live chat - Assist clients with account setup, login issues, and troubleshooting technical problems - Educate clients on the features and benefits of our products and services - Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in client support

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Proven experience in customer service or support role is a plus - Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem-solve under pressure - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients and promote our products - Dedicated work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond for our clients
