Remote Client Support Officer

Job Description:

San Miguel Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Client Support Officer to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, adaptable, have strong persuasion skills, and the ability to effectively manage client interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions 5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients 6. Keep up-to-date with company products and services to provide accurate information to clients 7. Conduct client surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights for improvement

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field 2. Proven experience in client support or customer service 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software 6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment 7. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
