Job Description - Remote Client Support Officer


Job Description:


As a Remote Client Support Officer at GMA Network Inc., you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients from a remote location. Your primary objective will be to ensure client satisfaction, resolve any issues or concerns they may have, and maintain strong relationships with them. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner.


Responsibilities: - Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. - Provide technical support and guidance to clients as needed. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination for client support. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and recommend improvements. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support. - Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a similar role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Dedicated and confident personality traits. - Proficient in negotiation and time management. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Comfortable working in a remote setting. - Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.
