Job Description:


AQWIRE, a leading real estate technology company, is seeking a Client Support Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a work-from-home position based in Taguig, NCR, PH. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, independent, adaptable, and has a keen attention to detail.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and support requests related to the AQWIRE platform. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to provide support as needed. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients. 8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by the company.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Energetic, adaptable, and detail-oriented personality traits. 8. Ability to uphold high standards and strive for excellence in all endeavors.
