Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Humble Sustainability is seeking a highly motivated Client Support Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position that offers the opportunity to work from home.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, account management, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries. 4. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Hardworking and dedicated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment. 5. Experience with strategic planning and people management is a plus.
