Client Support Specialist

Job Description:

Pushkart.ph is seeking a passionate and independent Client Support Specialist to join our team in Davao City, PH. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Educate clients on how to use our products and services effectively. 3. Gather feedback from clients to help improve our products and services. 4. Collaborate with other teams within the company to address client needs and concerns. 5. Assist in identifying and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 1 year of experience in customer service or client support. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs. 6. Planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
