Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Revolution Precrafted is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Client Support Specialist. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely manner 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met 5. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience 6. Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide training as needed 7. Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes to effectively support clients 8. Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and concerns

Requirements: 1. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 5. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations 6. Creative problem-solving abilities 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred 8. Experience in the real estate or construction industry a plus
