Contact Center Assistant

Job description:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Globe Telecom in Manila, NCR, Philippines. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed - Collaborating with team members to meet department goals and targets - Assisting with special projects as assigned by management

Requirements: - Independent and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong strategic planning and adaptability skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
