Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Philippine Airlines in Davao City, Philippines. As a Remote Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our passengers over the phone and through email. You will have the opportunity to assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally - Assist customers in making flight reservations and changes - Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and airline policies - Resolve customer issues, complaints, and disputes with empathy and patience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experience - Stay up-to-date on airline policies, procedures, and industry trends - Meet or exceed target metrics for customer satisfaction and service level agreements
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred - 1+ year of experience in customer service, contact center, or related field - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Resilient in handling challenging situations and difficult customers - Strong negotiation skills to handle customer disputes and find mutually beneficial solutions - Excellent research skills to quickly find relevant information for customers - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using CRM systems and other contact center technology - Must have a quiet and professional workspace for remote work
