Job Description:
Resellee, a leading e-commerce platform, is seeking a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. This is a full-time Associate Level position, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.
Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media channels - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and navigating our website and mobile app - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores
Requirements: - Confident and motivated individuals with a passion for helping others - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
