Remote Contact Center Associate

AllCare is seeking a Remote Contact Center Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. This is a full-time position located in Antipolo, Calabarzon, Philippines.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns - Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and update customer profiles - Provide technical support for products and services - Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets set by the company

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and hardworking personality traits - Strong cooperation and planning skills - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
