Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, account management, and technical support - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and finding appropriate solutions - Utilize critical thinking and strategic planning skills to troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team goals - Continuously enhance product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Confident and dedicated individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service - Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - High school diploma or equivalent
